Total House Refurbishment and Build in Wokingham.
Completed in February 2018 following a 10 month build program. The front of the house was extended to create a larger lounge, new entrance hall and garage. We also extended the rear of the property to create a beautiful kitchen / diner with bifold’s to the garden. We constructed two large dormers to the side and rear of the property, creating two extra bedrooms and three bathrooms. The project was completed to a high specification, including a new heating system comprising under floor heating to the ground floor and radiators to the first floor
