Paul Heppner – Founder and Project Manager
Heppners Building was founded in 2014 after Paul took on the renovation of a property with a large extension for a young family member who was upscaling. Since this project Heppners Building gathered some pace and has since been developing & maintaining properties over Berkshire, Hampshire & Surrey.
Paul founded this company as he believes in changing the way his clients live their lives’. This may be by carrying out a small renovation, undergoing a large extension or conducting some property maintenance which you haven’t got round to doing. Either way, he wants to be there for you and help you fall in love with your house again.
Paul understands the importance of making your house feel like a home but also appreciates that deciding to undergo building work can be stressful. As the project manager, he believes it is his job to make the process as easy and as stress free as possible by providing a reliable and affordable contractor such as himself. He will always listen and take the time to get to know both his clients and prospective clients in order for him to establish their desires, requirements and ideals. Exploring options and offering inspiration is his favourite part of the job.
We asked Paul what his dream home would look like in a few sentences , this is what he replied –
“A beautiful, traditional five bed house which is met by a large arched window over the double front doors with glass panels either side. As you open the front door, you are greeted by a light, roomy entrance hall with a galleried staircase. The kitchen would be spacious and modern with white high gloss floor tiles and a navy blue rectangular island. You would enter the garden via glass bifold doors where you would be met with a large patio area with an outside bar for entertaining”.
